3. Initial Shipping Costs

• The initial shipping fees (from dmr-tetra.shop to the customer) are non-refundable.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

• All shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility.

• dmr-tetra.shop is not liable for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

 

5. dmr-tetra.shop’s Right to Refuse Returns

• dmr-tetra.shop reserves the right to fully or partially refuse returned products if any of the following conditions are met:

• The original packaging is missing or tampered with.

• The returned shipment is incomplete (missing components or accessories).

• The product shows any alterations from its original condition.

 

6. Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund (excluding the initial shipping cost) will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to your payment provider’s policies.
